This time of year is especially tumultuous for an animal husbandry outfit like us... (We've spent some time holding baby lambs in our arms in front of the stove, and in years past, kept a calf in the bathtub.)

What is it like to raise grass-fed animals when it's freezing outside for a long period of time? It ain't easy: but we manage. :)
You can find pretty much anything that you want online today with a simple search. But imagine my surprise when I typed in our slogan, "Eliminate the Footprint" and saw that our cows are being blamed for the biggest carbon footprint in the world! Yikes! Here I will simply refute this claim.
